On Monday, January 20th, we celebrated an inspiring group of students who are on track to receive their NYS Regents Diploma with Advanced Designation, earning the Utica Promise Scholarship! These students are paving the way for an incredible future, and we couldn’t be more proud of their hard work and determination.
The event kicked off with a fantastic tour of our beautiful campus, where students got a first-hand look at what it means to be part of the Utica University family. They also heard from our Admissions Team about all the amazing opportunities that await them here—academic programs, campus life, and more! After the tour, it was time to fuel up with a delicious lunch in our dining hall, giving them a taste of the vibrant community here at UU.
A huge thank you to Kari Beane from HEOP & CSTEP, and Susan Johnston from TRIO, for delivering an informative and empowering presentation to our students! You both made a real impact.
