On October 26th, Young Scholars participated in the American Cancer Society’s Annual Breast Cancer Walk at MVCC! The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk is an inspiring event that celebrates courage, hope, and community while raising awareness and funds to fight breast cancer. It’s not just a walk — it’s a movement that honors survivors, supports those living with breast cancer, and reminds us all why this cause matters. Over 100 students attended this event and raised $495 for the cause!
